I certainly hope we don't make history with the next resolution coming to vote. If it were to pass, it would, I believe, be the first case of two identically-titled resolutions getting on the books. Naturally, the second resolution to gain this honour would be the subsequent repeal.
Boricuastan: I wouldn't, as it's probably just a mistake made from ignorance; rather you might send them a message correcting the behavior (ie. Only one Rec. Message per person, only recruiting from feeder regions, etc.)
