@K-c: The only thing Haven predates in regards to founders is the permanent listing of the original founder. Back then, if a founder CTE'd the region was SOL, even if the original founder came back. Which Pilot did, for a short while, although he was never that active. There was a previous attempt to re-found the region, which the /d/tard clique did without notifying anybody else in the region, and that got Matt's original nation DEATed for griefing. There hasn't been a democratic election in Haven in over two years, the regional boards are dead, and nobody is maintaining the map. What the hell am I supposed to do with that? And why would I try fighting the /d/tard clique for every little thing that needed to be done?

Without /d/tard clique this region would be probably currently controlled by those Illuminati gameplay neufagen. For founder we would have that nice Zarvaza chap.

Tbh, it really sounds that for all practical purposes you want to create new region, just with "Haven" as name. Which is understandable as that name probably still has quite some prestige, but is also reason why others here probably aren't really thrilled about this idea.
