Just register on our forums with your nation in Hampshire, then apply for Enfranchisement in The Castle of Justice. Elections will take place in the Consilium Populi once you are an Enfranchised Citizen.

Although it's true that Hampshire's suffered somewhat, I'm determined to help bring her back to her glory days, even if it kills me. It might do so, given how tirelessly I recruit. LOL!
