Whats the deal with recruitment just putting it out there should be we actively recruiting new members or can this be bad. Just putting it out there.

Observation : That yellow up there is freaking hard to read.
I suggest cyan, orangered, or that odd shade of purple you get with fnord. If you like an eye searing RMB use lime or you could be weird and go with white. Salmon could be a crowd pleaser too. For added fun try numbers.
