hopefully our maternal parents were celebrated with their deserves. Hopefully the Lull in activity will be averted soon and 'new blood' can make its way into Africa
An RP thread, separate from the offsite forum and RMB, where everyone can discuss and vote on a regional constitution draft while announcing their government types and leaders would probably help. I support the constitution draft in East Xibeiguo's factook.

Why don't we call it something else....
Like "what porn star is your favorite", or "which comes first the chicken or the egg", or "what's your favorite color". Then we post a few comments and then put in our constitution discussion?

Then we'd also need to deal with every other fellow coming into the thread that decides to actually adhere to the false topic, and there's always the good chance a forum mod catches on. I don't entirely see an issue with using the RMB for this purpose. If we definitely need a thread, we have our own forum to post it unto, and we could link to said thread in the WFE for the time it is relevant.
I move that we immediately approve and pass the constitution as is. At least this will give us an impetus to initiate changes and actually act like a region.
I furthermore suggest the closure of any embassy with less than 10 members. I further move we revoke the status of East, Central, and Western Africa from sister status. These regions are essentially puppets of someone else.
