The Home Islands of The Oan Isles believes that the head of a supernational and international organization should be objective and consequentially non-partisan to ensure fairness and unity amongst the diverse and enigmatic governments of various countries (sovereign or otherwise). Because 
The Federation of African Great Lakes States is the region's representative in the World Assembly we believe that the Delegation of AGLS to the WA should not vote on proposals because of the small WA community in the region and the lack of methods to find the opinions of all the nations of Africa and achieve popular consensus.
