Since the introduction of the Condemn proposals and resolutions to the WA ten months ago, all of the nations and regions who probably deserve these dubious honours have welcomed them with open arms as badges of honour. This practice among areas of the world that deserve to be condemned has more or less rendered the whole idea of condemnable resorutions obsolete. Therefore, I think that somebody should write up a Commend proposal for one of these "deserving" nations or regions just to see how they would react.
