Democratium Revolutionary Tribunal Code of Conduct

1) Nation to be put on trial is telegramed and pointed towards the RMB

2) Nation is posted as bieng on trial by the DRT in the RMB, and all questions are layed out prior to trial.

3) Nation defends themselves in RMB, answering all questions.

4) This will last a maximum of 24 hours

Failure by the nation on trial to follow conduct will automatically be assumed guilty.

Failure by the Judge of the DRT to follow conduct will result in the nullification of the trial.

Amendments:

1) If new, decisive information is collected on the matter which nullifies the possibility suspected, the trial may be recalled under the discretion of the Judge of the DRT

2) If it is made abundantly clear (ZERO DOUBT) that the nation poses an immediate threat to Democratium, then either the First Marshal, the Chief of the DPF, or the Judge of the DRT may recall the trial and DPF military measures will be authorized.
