Constitution of Warzone Sandbox

Article I.
I. The executive authority shall be vested in the WA Delegate, officially known as the Governor of Warzone Sandbox.
II. The Governor shall hold the WA Delegacy at all times.
III. The Governor shall have the power to veto a bill and propose legislation.
IV. The Governor shall serve as the Commander-In-Chief of the Warzone Sandbox Army.
V. The Governor shall have the power to banject a nation from Warzone Sandbox at anytime, for any reason.
VI. The Governor shall have the power to dismiss any government official at anytime, for any reason. This does not apply to the Regional Senate.
VII. The Governor shall have the power indict a nation of a crime. The indicted nation shall then be put on trial.

Article II.
I. The Regional Senate shall compose of three citizens who are elected by the citizenry of Warzone Sandbox.
II. The Regional Senators shall have the power to legislate. A majority vote is needed for the bill to be reviewed by the Governor.
III. The Regional Senate shall have the power to declare war against other regions with the consent of the Governor.
IV. The Regional Senate may override a veto by the Governor with a 3/3 vote.
V. The Regional Senators shall serve for a period of sixty days.

Article III.
I. The Minister of Recruitment shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
II. The Minister of Recruitment shall be responsible for attracting new nations to the region.
III. The Minister of Recruitment shall have the power to compose the Welcome Telegram, with consent of the Governor.
IV. The Minister of Recruitment shall compose all recruitment telegrams, with consent of the Governor.

Article IV.
I. The Minister of Defense shall be a citizen who is elected by the citizenry of Warzone Sandbox.
II. The Minister of Defense shall serve as the Commander of the Warzone Sandbox Army.
III. The Minister of Defense has jurisdiction over immigration and naturalization policies.
IV. The Minister of Defense shall consult the Governor with all major decisions.
V. The Minister of Defense may propose action outside of Warzone Sandbox.
VI. The Minister of Defense will also serve as the Governor's consultant on defense matters.
VII. The Minister of Defense shall serve for a period of sixty days.

Article V.
I. The judicial power shall be vested in a Supreme Court, led by the High Magistrate.
II. The High Magistrate shall be a citizen who is elected by the citizenry of Warzone Sandbox.
II. The High Magistrate shall interpret this Constitution and any laws that the Regional Senate may enact.
III. The High Magistrate shall preside over all cases, both civil and criminal.
IV. The High Magistrate shall serve for a term of sixty days.
