International Law Enforcement Act

An Act to give purpose to the formless International Christian Law Enforcement(ICLE) Agency.

I. Leadership
The ICLE shall be headed by a Commissioner to be appointed by the Attorney-General and shall serve until they shall cease to exist, resign, or otherwise have employment terminated. The Commissioner shall report solely to the Attorney-General, and therefor to the Secretary-General and Founder indirectly. There shall be no qualifications for the appointment to Commissioner other than being a member of the LCN and holding no other position concurrently.

II. Jurisdiction

a. Area
The ICLE shall have jurisdiction in all LCN member states, including all of their territories, as well as other nations allowing the ICLE to search for criminals within their bounds.

b. Enforcement
The ICLE shall serve to enforce international law and interregional treaties within all LCN member states. Officers shall have the right to arrest anyone for whom a warrant shall be issued by any other nation, including those outside of the LCN, unless the nation wherein the accused shall have been found has extended asylum. Once detained, officers shall be required to transport the accused to the nations LCN Representative Office. If outside of the LCN, and working within legal restrictions herein detailed, the detained shall be transported to the nearest embassy of a LCN member state. LCN Department of Justice personnel shall then make arrangements with the nation where the warrant shall have been issued for the details of his/her extradition.

c. Sole Enforcement
The ICLE shall by the sole agency responsible for law enforcement on all LCN government owned property. This is to include the Teichman Peninsula in Galveston and all Representative Offices.

III. Purpose

a. Gameplay
This agency shall serve as the investigative branch of the LCN's Department of Justice. In gameplay, it shall be responsible for the investigation of crimes committed by Regional Government Officers under the direction of the Attorney-General and his appointee, the Commissioner of the ICLE.

b. Roleplay
This agency shall serve as the law enforcement arm of the regional government and shall be tasked with the apprehension of all internationally wanted fugitives within the LCN.
