World Assembly Resolutions
Since the rise of the World Assembly from the ashes of its predecessor, the Bureaucracy That Cannot Be Named, WA member nations have worked tirelessly to improve the standard of the world. That, or tried to force other nations to be more like them. But that's just semantics.
Below is every World Assembly resolution ever passed.

Security Council Resolution # 172
Repeal: “Commend Tiago Silva”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #43 “Commend Tiago Silva” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The Security Council,
RECOGNIZING the contribution of Tiago silva to the world by universally improving the quality of national flags in 2011,
NOTING that this contribution is the only undertaking celebrated by the commendation in question, which is composed of only three short statements,
REALIZING that although the efforts of Tiago silva are appreciated, under no circumstances can they be considered "brave" as described by SC#43,
UNDERWHELMED by the overall lack of additional substance beyond the flag improvement presented in the resolution,
OBSERVING that the same type of work done by Tiago silva has been popular amongst the artists of the world for many years, and flags of similar quality to those produced by the commended nation are routinely produced by others without the same recognition by the Security Council,
BELIEVING that the standards of the World Assembly are much higher than the quality of SC#43 and that a nation should have a history of honorable contributions to the world to be included in a commendation by this body,

General Assembly Resolution # 323
No Penalty Without Law
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights.
The General Assembly,
Reaffirming its stance that "one should not be penalised for doing something that is not prohibited by law,"
Regretting, however, the lack of internationally recognized legal safeguards protecting individuals from criminal penalties in circumstances where no relevant law exists,
Believing that the World Assembly must act to rectify this oversight,
1. Declares that neither member nations, political subdivisions thereof, nor any person or organisation acting on or purporting to be acting on the authority of the member nation or political subdivisions thereof, may arrest, detain, prosecute, or punish any individual unless such action is specifically permitted by international law or a relevant member nation's established statutory laws, judicial precedents, or guidelines with the force of law;
2. Mandates that such established international or statutory laws, judicial precedents, or guidelines with the force of law shall define any punishable action in good faith so as to reasonably minimize ambiguity in enforcement;
3. Requires member nations to ensure that all established international or statutory laws, judicial precedents, or guidelines with the force of law applicable under their jurisdiction are publicly promulgated when it is determined to be both practical and necessary in preventing their inhabitants from committing punishable actions;
4. Prohibits member nations, political subdivisions thereof, or any person or organisation acting on or purporting to be acting on the authority of the member nation or political subdivisions thereof, from arresting, detaining, prosecuting, incarcerating, fining, or otherwise placing under duress individuals for violating laws that are not publicly promulgated;
5. Demands that all individuals previously convicted or currently detained in violation of any of the aforementioned principles shall be immediately freed and have their sentences nullified, and;
6. Clarifies that nothing in this resolution shall provide protection for those that claim ignorance of the law if the relevant law is publicly promulgated in accordance with the provisions of clause three.

Security Council Resolution # 173
Commend Renegade Islands Alliance
A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.
The Security Council,
Recognizing Renegade Islands Alliance (RIA) as a prominent and active military force dedicated to protecting regions who lack the ability to protect themselves from foreign aggression,
Further Recognizing Renegade Islands Alliance as promoters of Defender Unity, while showing respect towards allies and enemies alike,
Applauding the success of the Renegade Islands Alliance Special Forces (RIASF) in successfully launching or supporting allies in more than 30 liberations and several dozen missions to free more than 300 regions from Raider control since October 2013,
Acknowledging major achievements and contributions of the RIASF, including, but not limited to:
December 2013: Contributing to the liberation of Asia from The Black Riders, as one of the largest liberations in history,
February 2014: Assisting The Founderless Regions Alliance in securing New Sorvun Republic from foreign aggression, saving it from a hostile refound, and staying during the lengthy occupation that followed,
May 2014: The liberation of St Abbaddon, in which the RIASF was later awarded a pin from The United Defenders League to commend their efforts,
June 2014: Participation in The United Defenders League's "Spring Cleaning" operation, in which more than 100 regions were freed from Raider control. The RIASF later received a medal from The United Defenders League for their efforts and contribution in the operation,
December 2014: Participation in the liberation of Anne Frank from Fascist control, largely considered to be one of the largest joint-Imperialist, Anti-Fascist, and Defender liberations in history,
Admiring the resilience of Renegade Islands Alliance, withstanding direct attacks from Raider organizations, after DEN destroyed the RIASF forums in 2005 and Lone Wolves United attempted and failed to seize the executive delegacy in 2015, all while the RIA still showed respect towards Raiders and emerging stronger than before after each attempted attack,
Honoring the commitment of the Renegade Island Alliance's founder, Shizensky, in establishing the RIASF and the RIA's community, who has released several tools to help Defenders defend and liberate more efficiently,
Exalting the RIA as a free and directly democratic region, in which all nations with legal citizenship are free to vote and run for government positions, including the World Assembly Delegacy,
Viewing Renegade Islands Alliance as a region that leads by example, asking nothing in return for services and willingly working and cooperating with fellow Defender organizations to promote peace and liberty across the world, even if it means staying out of the spotlight,
Classifying Renegade Islands Alliance as a benevolent Defender organization,
Seeking to commend the efforts of the RIA and RIASF that have often gone unnoticed by the world and this esteemed council,
Hereby Commends Renegade Islands Alliance.

General Assembly Resolution # 324
Repeal: “Reducing Automobile Emissions”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
General Assembly Resolution #257 “Reducing Automobile Emissions” (Category: Environmental; Industry Affected: Automotive) shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The World Assembly,
Vexed that WA Resolution #257, "Reducing Automobile Emissions", is not thoughtfully considered and does not show appropriate regard for the interrelated nature of human, economic and environmental factors,
Regarding the Resolution's requirement that "all member nations ... take any and all economically viable measures to reduce automobile emissions" to be crass, clunky, and about as subtle as a gynaecologist in a gas mask,
Observing that this harsh mandate takes no account:
of whether any environmental or other gain from such reductions is balanced by their cost even if they meet the nebulous standard of being economically viable,
of the difficulty of even determining what constitutes economic viability given the lack of context the Resolution provides,
of measures that are technically economically viable but that violate civil rights, pose significant non-economic viability issues, or are otherwise environmentally harmful,
of the cost-benefit analysis of offsetting higher automobile emissions with other more consequential environmental actions,
of whether these reductions actually meet the "recommendations" the Resolution empowers the IAEC to create,
or in fact, of anything whatsoever other than the sole monomaniacal goal of reducing automobile emissions,
Opining that the general benefits of international law to reduce automobile emissions are not sufficient to atone for these severe legislative defects:
Mandates the repeal of WA Resolution #257, "Reducing Automobile Emissions".

Security Council Resolution # 174
Condemn Stujenske
A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.
The Security Council,
Acknowledging Stujenske as the delegate of the People's Republic of Lazarus;
Noting the progress and prosperity Lazarus has enjoyed under the leadership of Chairman Stujenske, Funkadelia, and Feux;
Shocked, however, that Funkadelia was ejected and banned from Lazarus following public decries of the changing of the flag and the illegal removal of two sections from the region's constitution by Chairman Stujenske two days ago;
Further shocked that the true colors of Chairman Stujenske were revealed when, one day later, the People's Republic of Lazarus was dissolved after the abolishment of the constitution under the flag of the New Pacific Order of The Pacific, itself ruled by a despotic regime. Furthermore, Chairman Stujenske and Feux then proceeded to remove two members of the People's Congress, Gulliver and Toronina, from office following objection;
Horrified that the well-established government of Lazarus was overthrown in such a brutal manner;
Disgusted that the dictatorial government of The Pacific has been supporting the uprising of Chairman Stujenske against the democratically elected leadership of Lazarus;
Observing the efforts of Funkadelia to restore the rightful government of Lazarus following this sudden purge through the Lazarene Underground State, along with prominent dissenting Lazarenes including, but not limited to, Ainin, Gulliver, Horse, Toronina, ChurchOfSatan, and Cameron M. Romefeller;
Urging all members of the World Assembly to recognize the Lazarene Underground State as the rightful government of Lazarus in face of a coup d'etat by Chairman Stujenske, Feux, and the New Pacific Order;
Applauding the actions of influential regions, including, but not limited to, The North Pacific, Wintreath, Renegade Islands Alliance, Spiritus, Taijitu, and Osiris, to sever ties with Lazarus in face of the coup d'etat;
Wishing to bring an end to the tyrannical regime of Chairman Stujenske in Lazarus;
Hereby Condemns Stujenske.
