World Assembly Resolutions
Since the rise of the World Assembly from the ashes of its predecessor, the Bureaucracy That Cannot Be Named, WA member nations have worked tirelessly to improve the standard of the world. That, or tried to force other nations to be more like them. But that's just semantics.
Below is every World Assembly resolution ever passed.

General Assembly Resolution # 306
Rules of Surrender
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights.
COGNIZANT of the World Assemblys enduring commitment to ensuring ethical standards in warfare;
FINDING UNTENABLE the international communitys lack of just standards on the treatment of combatants laying down arms, and;
RESOLVED to rectify this oversight;
The General Assembly,
DEFINES surrender as the act of combatants capitulating to an enemy force during a time of armed conflict between nations;
DEFINES a parley as the negotiation for surrender, ceasefire, or other form of truce between representatives of parties in an armed conflict;
DEFINES a symbol of truce as an inviolable signal made by a party of the conflict for the cessation of hostilities and intention to parley, including signals of military tradition such as waving a white flag, laying down arms, or other internationally recognized symbol so associated;
DEFINES hors de combat as a state in which a combatant is immediately recognizable as unable to engage in combat, including the state of being wounded, incapacitated, unarmed, or otherwise incapable of defending themselves;
OBLIGES member states to extend the following protections and duties:
Article I. Those parties participating in a parley, under the protection of a symbol of truce, or in the process of complying with the terms of a negotiated surrender are entitled to the following:
1. Protection from assault, injury, or detainment by any combatant party to the conflict while displaying, broadcasting, or otherwise openly utilizing a symbol of truce;
2. Good faith in all negotiations relevant to the conditional surrender by combatants party to the conflict;
3. Expectation of all rights and protections afforded by World Assembly law, regardless of the status of the combatants nation of origin;
Article II. Those parties participating in a parley, under the protection of a symbol of truce, or in the process of complying with the terms of a negotiated surrender have the duty to:
1. Comply, in good faith, with all accepted terms of surrender, insofar as they are legal and do not constitute an outrage of personal dignity, and;
2. Refrain from perfidious activity while under the protections of a symbol of truce, including but not limited to abusing the protections of a symbol of truce, feigning surrender to take advantage of the enemy, or using a symbol of truce or parley to screen force deployment, munitions resupply, or reconnaissance operations;
Article III. Those parties accepting surrender have the duty to:
1. Immediately recognize and confer upon the surrendering party all the protections of prisoner of war status following the satisfaction of the terms of surrender, and;
2. Refrain from perfidious activity as it relates to the process of negotiating and accepting surrender;
ASSERTS that member states shall consider combatants found hors de combat to be surrendering and accordingly extend the protections outlined in Articles I and III, subject to the belligerents reasonable ability to comply with the duties outlined in Article II.1;
DECLARES that those belligerents in violation of the duties herein shall have their protections as outlined in Article I.1 revoked as the situation requires;

Security Council Resolution # 161
Repeal: “Commend Hobbesistan”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #143 “Commend Hobbesistan” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The Security Council,
Understanding that a commendation, an official recognition from the Security Council for virtuous deeds or attributes above and beyond the typical, is arguably the highest honor bestowed on any nation for their achievements;
Regretting that Security Council Resolution #143 was passed despite the achievements of the commended nation in the resolution being inconsequential or false;
Noting that all regions highlighted within resolution SC #143 have been subject to invading forces on multiple occasions since the decree's passing, rendering the ultimate consequence of these regions on the world as collectively negligible, and further withdrawing from the arguments presented in the resolution;
Further noting that the region of Khora collapsed shortly after the assistance of Hobbesistan, and is frequently invaded by warfaring organizations;
Understanding that Hobbesistan no longer has any relation to Lazarus, and Lazarus now has new forums unrelated to the nation;
Considering that RadioNS and the Lazarene Stock Exchange existed for a short period of time, and are now defunct, and have had no lasting impact on the world whatsoever;
Shocked that Hobbesistan was given credit for developing the "approx" script, when the script was actually developed by the nation of Eluvatar at a far earlier time;
Concluding that Hobbesistan's contributions to the world are on the whole irrelevant or inconsequential, while good intentioned, and that one clause of the commending resolution is completely false;

Security Council Resolution # 162
Repeal: “Liberate The International Communist Union”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #159 “Liberate The International Communist Union” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The Security Council:
Recognizing that the resolution to "Liberate The International Communist Union" has served its purpose, as the region now remains firmly in control of allies of the natives who have the region's best interests in mind, with full intent to return to native control.
Understanding that without the repeal of the Liberation that the natives will be unable to protect themselves from outside hostile forces,
Aware of the popular support for a revival effort among the natives and their allies,
Supportive of the natives wish to return security and normalcy to the region,
Hereby Repeals SC #159, "Liberate The International Communist Union".

Security Council Resolution # 163
Repeal: “Liberate Liberal Haven”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #144 “Liberate Liberal Haven” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
Recognizing Liberal Haven is a peaceful community, which does not engage in aggressive hostile actions against any other region,
Realizing Liberal Haven was invaded by an aggressive multinational force which assumed the delegacy, and placed a secret password in place, whilst simultaneously beginning to eject the native population,
Confirming this hostile action by aggressive foreign forces, goes against the Security Council's mission of spreading inter-regional peace and goodwill, Liberal Haven was liberated by Security Council resolution #144, thus allowing defender forces to enter the region, and return it to native control,
Shocked that the nation of Asquithania, was able to assume the delegacy and began ejecting the native population once again, in an attempt to refound the region under their control, against the natives wishes,
Noting the regional natives desire to refound the region under their own control,
Understanding that without the ability to password protect Liberal Haven, the region remains highly susceptible to refound sniping, should the natives attempt to refound without the ability to password the region beforehand,
Thus Believing native rights should take precedent over the wishes of the international community as a whole, and the ability to protect the region should be rightfully returned to native control,
Further Believing, Security Council resolution #144 has served its intended purpose,
Hereby repeals Security Council Resolution #144 Liberate Liberal Haven.

Security Council Resolution # 164
Liberate The Mountains to the East
A resolution to strike down Delegate-imposed barriers to free entry in a region.
The Security Council,
Recognizing that The Mountains to the East is a large region with many active natives;
Understanding that during a shift in WA delegacy, a large force of raiders from The Black Riders invaded the region with malicious intent to destroy it;
Noting that the invasion was a result of deceit and treachery, stemming from a sleeper puppet within the region;
Further noting that The Black Riders is a previously condemned region, notorious for raiding thousands of defenseless regions;
Realizing that the invasion has turned into a long-term occupation;
Shocked that the occupying force has threatened to suppress any dissent with ejection;
Aware that it is only a matter of time before the raiding delegate gains enough influence to exercise uncontrolled power over the region;
Arguing that the natives of The Mountains to the East have the right to regain control of their region;
Hereby liberates The Mountains to the East.
