World Assembly Resolutions
Since the rise of the World Assembly from the ashes of its predecessor, the Bureaucracy That Cannot Be Named, WA member nations have worked tirelessly to improve the standard of the world. That, or tried to force other nations to be more like them. But that's just semantics.
Below is every World Assembly resolution ever passed.

Security Council Resolution # 94
Repeal: “Liberate Benevolent Capitalism”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #92 “Liberate Benevolent Capitalism” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The Security Council,
RECOGNIZING the intent of SC#92 to remove the raider-imposed password blocking entrance to Benevolent Capitalism and restore the region to the native nations,
APPLAUDING that SC#92 has achieved this goal and removed the password from Benevolent Capitalism, allowing the rightful inhabitants of the region to return and reclaim power in the region,
FEARING, however, that allowing SC#92 to stand will only pose a threat to Benevolent Capitalism and the natives within in the future by disallowing the natives to impose a password for safety,
AFFIRMING that the natives of Benevolent Capitalism wish to see SC#92 struck down,
HEREBY REPEALS SC#92, Liberate Benevolent Capitalism.

Security Council Resolution # 95
Liberate Christmas
A resolution to strike down Delegate-imposed barriers to free entry in a region.
The Security Council,
NOTING that the region of Christmas was raided by forces of Asgard, The New Inquisition, and The Land Of Kings and Emperors on July 4th, 2012;
AWARE that Christmas is a region which many people treasure due to its special name;
RECOGNIZING that while the native community in Christmas was not large and has been forcibly removed, it is still deserving of the basic rights of freedom of movement and to be free from external governance;
DISAPPOINTED by the stated goals of Asgard, which are to refound the region and keep it as a colony;
BELIEVING that the Security Council must act swifly to protect Christmas from being stolen and kept as a colony;
HEREBY Liberates Christmas.

General Assembly Resolution # 209
World Assembly Trade Rights
A resolution to reduce barriers to free trade and commerce.
Regretting that World Assembly member nations often face harmful and unnecessary barriers in their trade with other member nations,
Emphasizing that these barriers ultimately serve as obstacles to the economic prosperity of all member nations,
Recognizing that these barriers therefore constitute a serious hazard to national populations,
The General Assembly,
Grants the following rights to each member nation:
the right, for a good or service originating from said nation, to receive the most favourable trade preference from any other member nation that said other nation grants to any other member nation for the same type of good or service,
the right, for a good or service originating from said nation, to have applied the same taxes or regulations by any other member nation that said other nation applies to the same type of good or service of domestic origin, at least once the good or service has legally entered that nation,
the right to create or maintain existing free trade areas or customs unions, so long as such areas or unions ultimately lower trade barriers between their members, not raise trade barriers for non-members;
Clarifies that member nations may suspend their individual responsibilities under the above provision in the following cases:
in the event of a significant disparity in labour, environmental or human rights standards, or to ensure reasonable quality control on goods and services, but only if such a suspension does not constitute discrimination between goods and services from different member nations with similar issues,
to apply domestic subsidies, or to protect domestic industries against a discriminatory subsidy applied by another member nation, so long as any retaliation in the latter case is directly proportional to the original subsidy,
to protect vital national security interests during serious international disputes or times of war, or
to develop any other additional reasonable and appropriate trade regulations that are consistent with the goals of this resolution, as well as the interests of sustainable development and poverty reduction, either unilaterally through domestic legislation or collectively through World Assembly resolution.

Security Council Resolution # 96
Repeal: “Condemn Kalasparata”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #42 “Condemn Kalasparata” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
THE SECURITY COUNCIL,
RECOGNIZING that Kalasparata was condemned for being a threat to global peace, for disregarding human life, and for wantonly utilizing weapons of mass destruction,
ACKNOWLEDGING that the nation of Kalasparata ceased to exist after the World Assembly Security Council condemned it, and thus can no longer commit human rights violations, recklessly use weapons of mass destruction, or exist as a threat to global peace,
NOTING that, contrary to what Security Council Resolution #42 states, Kalasparata was never truly a formidable threat, insofar as its military and strategic arsenal was rather small in comparison to many of the world's nations,
FURTHER NOTING that the validity of the claims regarding Kalasparata's human rights violations and the scale of them are questionable, since these reports were often not confirmed by outside sources or made elsewhere other than in arguably biased factbooks and articles concerning national information,
REALIZING that the condemnation of Kalasparata fails to acknowledge the many positive aspects of Kalasparata's society, such as the fact that the government was fairly liberal and democratic,
BELIEVING that resolutions that are outdated, misleading and superfluous deserve to be repealed,
HEREBY REPEALS the condemnation of Kalasparata.

General Assembly Resolution # 210
Repeal: “Numismatics Appreciation Act”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
General Assembly Resolution #56 “Numismatics Appreciation Act” (Category: Education and Creativity; Area of Effect: Cultural Heritage) shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The General Assembly,
COMMENDING the intentions of General Assembly Resolution #56, insofar as it aims to preserve the monetary culture of member nations;
DISPUTING, however, that the currency of a nation is a "monumental part of [its] history," as well as the notion that "cultural heritage and tradition can be preserved through the safeguarding of each nations currency;"
ASSERTING that the amount of resources alloted to preserving one miniscule aspect of a nation's history, as provided in GAR#56, is superfluous;
ACKNOWLEDGING that GAR#56 states, in relevant part:
4. Obligates each World Assembly member nation to regulate the buying and selling of coins and banknotes;
REGRETTING that clause four contravenes the intended purpose of the resolution by creating an opt-out for unwilling nations due to a lack of mandatory regulations, aside from the requirement that "World Assembly member nations [regulate] the buying and selling of coins and banknotes," to any degree in which they find acceptable;
CONSIDERING it to be unnecessary for the World Assembly to regulate the trade of currency, as standard market price determination is more effective than an international grading system established by WANA;
CLARIFIES that nations may still create establishments dedicated to the preservation of their currencies, notwithstanding the passage of the repeal;
FURTHER CLARIFIES that General Assembly Resolution #56 does not prevent one-world currencies, nor does it involve itself in economic mediums of exchange, aside from items that are collected privately for cultural or personal reasons;
Hereby,
REPEALS General Assembly Resolution #56, "Numismatics Appreciation Act."
