World Assembly Resolutions
Since the rise of the World Assembly from the ashes of its predecessor, the Bureaucracy That Cannot Be Named, WA member nations have worked tirelessly to improve the standard of the world. That, or tried to force other nations to be more like them. But that's just semantics.
Below is every World Assembly resolution ever passed.

General Assembly Resolution # 169
Social Assistance Accord
A resolution to reduce income inequality and increase basic welfare.
The General Assembly,
ACKNOWLEDGING that sapient life is a right that should supersede all others, in both recognition, and applicability,
LAMENTING that many sapient beings are disadvantaged financially, compounded with their inability to accumulate an income due to a multitude of possible reason(s),
SEEKING to assist disadvantaged individuals, whenever possible, in order to propel them back into the workforce, to prevent them from becoming long-lasting burdens to society, and to promote general economic prosperity,
The World Assembly therefore resolves;
(1) All member-states shall develop Unemployment Insurance funds - in accordance with each nation's pre-existing Social Security system (excluding the lack thereof, or systems that do not meet the protocol of this resolution) - in which capital is collected from either state mechanisms, private enterprises, or a combination of the two, with the intent of temporarily sustaining individuals who are without a sufficient income, and their dependents.
(2) Individuals shall recieve these benefits under the following circumstances:
Involuntary unemployment, disability, and/or any other form of incapacitation,
Parental leave, in which a dependent is born/adopted, for a minimum of ten [10] weeks,
Should the individual have a severely ill dependent that requires constant, or frequent assistance,
(3) Enough Unemployment Insurance shall be provided to accomodate for the beneficiary, as well as all unemployed dependents legally residing within the beneficiary's residence; the beneficiary and unemployed dependents must recieve enough to obtain basic necessities, such as water, nourishment (sufficient enough to sustain the individual's health), rent/housing, and fundamental utilities, such as energy and plumbing.
(4) All individuals shall have immediate access to all information regarding Unemployment Insurance, benefits, and other such programs.
(5) Member states may withhold benefits against individuals convicted of serious fraud or benefit fraud;
(6) Member states may reduce benefits for individuals who are capable of work, but remain unemployed after a minimum of nine [9] months - provided that commitment is made to ensure access and/or incentives to further education and/or skills training.
(7) Nations shall reserve the right to:
a) Grant additional benefits not mentioned within the provisions of this resolution,
b) Employ individuals who are able to work, yet involuntarily unemployed, through public sector occupations,
c) Subsidize employment and/or work programs for individuals on long-term unemployment benefits.

Security Council Resolution # 71
Repeal: “Condemn Unknown”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #27 “Condemn Unknown” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The Security Council,
Remembering the unfortunate destruction of the regional forums of Crusaders of Justice and Council of Narnia by an intelligence agent of the regional government of Unknown,
Concerned by Unknown's reaction to these events, blaming the victim region in official statements, as well as welcoming the condemnation and image forum destroyers,
Knowing these events to have been long in the past, when the region was under different leadership,
Recalling the apology Unknown's leaders issued to the two victims, and admittance of mistakes in the handling of the events that led to the condemnation,
Realizing that Unknown has not only paid for the mistake of failing to punish the unstable agent in question by the negative label of forum destroyers, but also because the agent later took control of the founder nation of Unknown and ejected many nations from the region,
Satisfied by the statements and changes in Unknown since the original condemnation and,
Believing the region has suffered from stigma of being a 'forum destroying' region for long enough, and has faced the consequences for their mistakes,
Hereby repeals SC #27 Condemn Unknown.

Security Council Resolution # 72
Repeal: “Commend Mikeswill”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #55 “Commend Mikeswill” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
The World Assembly,
RECOGNIZING the long time span over which the nation of Mikeswill has managed to remain delegate of its own region and finding such a duration of time to be somewhat impressive,
BELIEVING that the extensive length of time that Mikeswill has spent as delegate of the region called "Nationstates" is due in part to the fact that the delegate of the region has never been democratically elected, is thanks to the key role which defenders played in preventing the invasion of the region on September 10, 2010, and is partly due to Mikeswill's long-held invader ties,
IDENTIFYING "The Highlander 1" as a nation which was secretly controlled by the administration of Mikeswill and further identifying The Highlander 1 as a member of the notorious invader group DEN and as the founder of the invader hideout Ile de France,
NOTING the strong position against the World Assembly Security Council which Mikeswill maintained for many years, and noting the nation's constant appearances in the WASC forums not to debate or to aid others, but to place a previously prepared message within the discussion on the resolution at vote which did not address the topic of the debate but rather advertised the nation's region, criticized what the nation believed to be defenders' "cowardice" for resorting to liberations when a region was captured by raiders, and which generally put down the Security Council itself,
FURTHER NOTING that, while the nation of Mikeswill has supposedly stood against every function of the Security Council since the council was established as a legitimate division of the World Assembly, the nation has not had the modesty to refrain from approving various proposals to commend itself over the years, and believing this choice to be rather hypocritical and distasteful,
DETERMINING that, based on this knowledge, Mikeswill might not be the best candidate for a commendation which praises the nation's alleged "dedicated service to the World Assembly,"
FURTHER BELIEVING that calling Mikeswill "one of the most dedicated nations in the world" is a nice gesture, but when such a grand claim is barely backed up by a resolution's text the World Assembly must disregard the claim and not allow such vague ideas to influence the WA's collective opinion,
HEREBY REPEALS the commendation of Mikeswill.

General Assembly Resolution # 170
Protect War Correspondents
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights.
The General Assembly,
SADDENED, YET NEVERTHELESS IMPRESSED by the bravery of individuals who risk their life in order to supply citizens with generic information about multi-national conflict,
ACKNOWLEDGING that these individuals are unprotected, despite their commendable and selfless actions,
ABHORRED that militants may terminate this individuals with no negative ramifications, despite their beneficial nature towards all participating parties,
DEFINES, for the purpose of this resolution:
War Correspondent as an employed individual that relays information in regards to multi-national conflict to a third party with the intent of making this information available to the public.
The World Assembly, therefore;
1) Militants are prohibited from interacting with war correspondents with the intent of stymieing their actions, inclusive of confiscating their equipment without justification, wounding the individual, or executing them without adequate reasoning. Should a militant fail to comply, both the individual, and the host member-state of the individual shall be held accountable.
2) Third parties are forbidden from forcing reporters to go into volatile regions, specifically those in a prolonged state of conflict, against their will. Member-states are encouraged to implement additional safety protocol to ensure the well-being of the war correspondent.
3) Third parties must inform individuals about the contingent hazards of the occupation prior to their deployment; these private mechanisms are encouraged to compensate war correspondents in proportion to volatility of the region - war correspondents must be notified of their salary prior to their departure. Should the individual change their mind, they may not be subject to any form of punishment.
4) Individual member-states may deny war correspondents access to their territory, and as such, war correspondents must adhere to standard immigration policies prior to entering; war correspondents that enter without proper verification are exempt from all protection granted by the provisions of this resolution.
5) War correspondents may aid any belligerent during conflict; by doing so, their protection will be nullified until post-conflict, exclusive of self-defense.
6) War correspondents that abuse their immunity by compromising the war effort in favor of any participating party shall have their immunity relinquished, and are subject to persecution by the afflicted nation, as are the home nation of the correspondent.

Security Council Resolution # 73
Condemn Allied States of EuroIslanders
A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.
The Security Council,
Noting that Allied States of EuroIslanders is a founding region of The Red Liberty Alliance, which was once an organization dedicated to defending socialist regions against invaders,
Recognizing that a region's forums are not only the halls of government, but also the heart and soul of the community, where the history and culture can be forever memorialized even after the region falls away,
Believing that a region's forum should be respected, and should never be targeted even during the most heated conflicts,
Knowing that the Red Liberty Alliance, headed by soldiers of Allied States of EuroIslanders, completely destroyed the forums, and all content within, of three different regions: DEN, Invaders Army, and The Black Hawks,
Appalled by these actions, and the threats of repeating this against other regions,
Dismayed by Allied States of EuroIslanders bragging about committing this heinous crime,
Hereby Condemns Allied States of EuroIslanders.
