World Assembly Resolutions
Since the rise of the World Assembly from the ashes of its predecessor, the Bureaucracy That Cannot Be Named, WA member nations have worked tirelessly to improve the standard of the world. That, or tried to force other nations to be more like them. But that's just semantics.
Below is every World Assembly resolution ever passed.

Security Council Resolution # 67
Commend Naivetry
A resolution to recognize outstanding contribution by a nation or region.
The Security Council,
Recognizing the long history of good deeds by Naivetry,
Observing Naivetry was an important leader of Equilism and member of the region's military, the E-Army, and held many positions through the region's history including foundership,
Knowing Naivetry led the return of Equilism to democracy by restoring the old constitution,
Further observing Naivetry inherited Kandarin to lead The Rejected Realms in late 2010,
Believing Naivetry led the region effectively into a period of higher activity than The Rejected Realms had experienced in years and contributed heavily toward moving the region toward a constitutional system with elections,
Acknowledging Naivetry's opposition to the destruction of communities by invaders has been constant, and that particularly during the 2009 invasion of Belgium, the campaigning of Naivetry was a major factor in the World Assembly gaining the ability to save Belgium and many other regions since from destruction,
Remembering Naivetry as the author of one Security Council resolution and as an active contributor to the Security Council during the body's beginning, helping improve the quality of resolutions,
Impressed with the efforts of Naivetry to benefit regions, especially developing regions, by distributing useful information such as:
Educating new nations in the difficult task of building a healthy and large region,
Teaching the basics of military tactics within NationStates to the unaware,
Listing the regional forums,
Impressed further by Naivetry's thorough research of the Latin language, and the willingness to share that knowledge with other nations,
Hereby commends Naivetry for effectively leading major regions and for efforts to guide nations with helpful information.

Security Council Resolution # 68
Condemn Thatcherton
A resolution to express shock and dismay at a nation or region.
NOTING that Thatcherton was once the Prime Minister and World Assembly Delegate of the peaceful region of The Federation of Kievan Rus.
UNDERSTANDING that the leaders of Thatcherton abused their leadership position within the region to eject and ban almost all nations from the region without provocation, including the founder.
ALSO UNDERSTANDING that Thatcherton then declared that the region's "last ten minutes were more interesting than its next ten weeks", indicating Thatcherton's actions were due to boredom of its leaders.
FURTHER UNDERSTANDING that Thatcherton did this due to its leaders planning to abandon the nation to wither into obscurity, thus absolving it of any responsibility of the destruction of its region.
AWARE that Thatcherton's leaders soon chickened out of abandoning the nation, and Thatcherton went on to join the regions of The Commonwealth of Crowns and The Empire of United Nations.
RECOGNIZING that after Thatcherton's treacherous act, The Federation of Kievan Rus crumbled to dust as no nation dared to come back.
DENOUCING that Thatcherton used a puppet state to create a new The Federation of Kievan Rus, which motto on its World Factbook Entry was "All hail Thatcherton!"
ACKNOWLEDGING that even though the original inhabitants have regained The Federation of Kievan Rus, efforts to restore the region to its former glory have not come to fruition.
ALSO ACKNOWLEDGING that despite The Wreaker's pleas to the regions of The Commonwealth of Crowns and The Empire of United Nations to punish Thatcherton, the regions ignored the pleas and went on to eject and ban the innocent The Wreaker while sheltering Thatcherton.
REALIZING that Thatcherton was the chief culprit in the destruction and stagnation of The Federation of Kievan Rus, and proper punishment should be given.
CONCLUDING that Thatcherton is a region destroyer and HEREBY CONDEMNS Thatcherton.

BELIEVING the best way this can be done is for delegations to be educated, both now and in the future,

BELIEVING that people, including children, should be educated about the World Assembly, and the best way to do this is through simulations of the World Assembly,

A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
Security Council Resolution #14 “Liberate Free Thought” shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
OBSERVING that the Liberation was intended to protect Free Thought from griefing by returning its control to a native;
NOTING that since the Liberation of Free Thought, Luna Amore (the last remaining native) has re-founded the region;
AWARE that since Free Thought now has a founder, raiding groups such as The Land of Kings and Emperors are no longer a threat to Free Thought, its WFE or its flag;
RECOGNIZING that Luna Amore desires to have this resolution repealed;

General Assembly Resolution # 166
Repeal: “On Humanitarian Aid”
A resolution to repeal previously passed legislation.
General Assembly Resolution #162 “On Humanitarian Aid” (Category: Civil Rights; Strength: Significant) shall be struck out and rendered null and void.
ACKNOWLEDGING that humanitarian aid is an important international issue and that the World Assembly strives to promote and protect humanitarian aid missions,
RECOGNIZING the importance of providing protection to humanitarian aid workers within conflict areas,
DISMAYED that "On Humanitarian Aid" does not reflect the realities of humanitarian aid missions and the volatile conflicts in which they are undertaken,
DISAPPOINTED that "On Humanitarian Aid" revokes legal protection from any humanitarian aid worker who engages in self-defense against militants, which is a policy that will fundamentally harm the viability of humanitarian aid missions in the future,
WORRIED that "On Humanitarian Aid" does not sufficiently address the concept of "neutral zones" and that the arbitrary declaration of neutral zones may destabilize a conflict or risk the lives humanitarian aid workers,
DETERMINED to prevent the harm of humanitarian aid workers and promote the success of humanitarian aid missions through a more effective and appropriate resolution,
The World Assembly hereby repeals "On Humanitarian Aid."
