The Dominion of Oberour Ar Moro is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Leader with an iron fist, and notable for its complete absence of social welfare. Its compassionate, cynical population of 1.068 billion are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The large, corrupt government devotes most of its attentions to Defence, with areas such as Social Equality and the Environment receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Regium. The average income tax rate is 9%. A healthy private sector is dominated by the Arms Manufacturing industry.

Nudity is frowned upon, genetic research has been halted, travellers are often forcibly evicted by torch-bearing mobs, and houses and businesses are bulldozed to make way for ever-expanding cemeteries. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Oberour Ar Moro's national animal is the albatross, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the argenteus.
