The Fiefdom of Zzzaaa is a gargantuan, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Her Serene Highness Guinivere with a fair hand, and remarkable for its national health service. The compassionate, intelligent population of 11.469 billion Zzzaaans love a good election, and the government gives them plenty of them. Universities tend to be full of students debating the merits of various civil and political rights, while businesses are tightly regulated and the wealthy viewed with suspicion.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded individuals juggles the competing demands of the Environment, Education, and Social Welfare. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Zzzaaa City. The average income tax rate is 14%, but much higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Administrative districts are increasingly defined by their taste in housing architecture, multiple polls have christened the newly-formed Filibuster Committee as "the least efficient government bureaucracy", dozens of additional foreign policy specialists have been sent to the country's WA Mission, and meat-eating is frowned upon. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. Zzzaaa's national animal is the polar bear, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the florin.

Zzzaaa is ranked 4,398th in The North Pacific and 113,739th in the world for Largest Arms Manufacturing Sector, scoring -16 on the Charon Conveyancy Index.
