The Fiefdom of Zzzaaa is a colossal, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Her Serene Highness Guinivere with an even hand, and remarkable for its devotion to social welfare. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 8.49 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded individuals concentrates mainly on Education, although Social Welfare and Healthcare are on the agenda. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Zzzaaa City. The average income tax rate is 2%, but much higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Education and welfare spending are on the rise, only adults may purchase violent video games, conductors wield diamond-encrusted batons to fit in with their freshly gilded surroundings, and 'The Anti-Government Hour' is a popular programme on many of Zzzaaa's radio stations. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. Zzzaaa's national animal is the polar bear, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the florin.
