The Tax Free Land of Zintai is a massive, safe nation, ruled by President Zintai with an iron fist, and renowned for its strong anti-business politics. Its hard-nosed, cynical population of 3.655 billion are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, moralistic government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defence, and Education. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of New Zintai. The average income tax rate is 100%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Midnight raids drag couples from their homes in the name of decency, foreign nationals are widely distrusted, the police are tightening their grip on alcohol smugglers, and criminals are thrown to the foxs to repay their debt to society. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Zintai's national animal is the fox, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is The Church of Zintai, and its currency is the Zintai.

Zintai is ranked 9th in GameFAQs and 100,253rd in the world for Shortest Average Lifespan, scoring -43 on the Bus Surprisal Index.
