The Democratic Republic of Zimbeboi is a massive, safe nation, remarkable for its irreverence towards religion. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 1.518 billion are free to do what they want with their own bodies, and vote for whoever they like in elections; if they go into business, however, they are regulated to within an inch of their lives.

The large government is mainly concerned with Education, although Social Welfare and Healthcare are on the agenda. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Zimbeboi City. The average income tax rate is 26%, but much higher for the wealthy. A substantial private sector is dominated by the Tourism industry.

Marketing departments of corporate giants compete to sponsor little league teams, heavy industry must go to expensive lengths to dispose of waste, the government is avowedly atheist, and citizens are encouraged to report friends, family members or co-workers who seem depressed to the government for "counselling". Crime is relatively low. Zimbeboi's national animal is the Cheetah, and its currency is the Afric.

Zimbeboi is ranked 31st in United Africa and 62,113th in the world for Shortest Average Lifespan, scoring -13 on the Bus Surprisal Index.
