The Army of Zgraja is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Dracula Pyzinski with an even hand, and notable for its punitive income tax rates. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 3.422 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Defence, Law & Order, and Healthcare. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Zgraja City. The average income tax rate is 100%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Tourism, Uranium Mining, and Arms Manufacturing industries.

Military spending recently hit a new high, politicians are losing their jobs in a plan to make the government 'leaner and fitter', the people are famous throughout the region for their bleached-white teeth, and corporations donate huge sums of money to favored politicians. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Zgraja's national animal is the Werewolfs, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is The Church of Eternal Darkness, and its currency is the Liberty.
