It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Caninopilos . Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Gambling industry.

Marketing departments of corporate giants compete to sponsor little league teams, the government extracts trade concessions from poor nations in exchange for humanitarian aid, the government regularly hires contractors to construct high rise apartments, and calling out of the blue has become taboo. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Yy4u's national animal is the twistedogwoodwormlarvalpuppy, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is not open for discussion , and its currency is the DOGMAnote.
