The DramaLLama DingDong of Yy4u is a gargantuan, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Argentum Lupus with an even hand, and notable for its complete lack of prisons. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, intelligent population of 17.366 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded individuals juggles the competing demands of the Environment, Education, and Law & Order. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Insepid. Income tax is unheard of. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Gambling.

Citizens must pay to enjoy Yy4u's pristine beaches, there is now a private sector based on doomsday devices (Yy4u has found 2 easter eggs), criminals are thrown to the SoulReapers to repay their debt to society, and euthanasia is legal. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Yy4u's national animal is the SoulReaper, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Frank Zappa, and its currency is the Soul.

Yy4u is ranked 4,637th in the West Pacific and 123,351st in the world for Largest Public Sector, scoring -1 on the Bureaucratic Comprehensiveness Rating Scale Index.
