The Imperial Principality of Wysteria is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Nathaniel Mor with an iron fist, and notable for its parental licensing program. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 2.122 billion are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded individuals juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Healthcare, and Commerce. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Vendonia. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 2%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Tourism industry, followed by Gambling and Beef-Based Agriculture.

Boars with strange deformities like three eyes and tentacles have been seen prancing through the countryside where industrial waste is dumped, homeless people are periodically found dead upon altars to assorted deities, psychological disorders are a taboo subject, and billions of Karans are being poured into a space program. Crime is a problem. Wysteria's national animal is the Boar, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Judaism, and its currency is the Karan.

Wysteria is ranked 143rd in Pelononia and 117,189th in the world for Most Income Equality, scoring 41 on the Marx-Engels Emancipation Scale.
