The Theocracy of Wyoma is a colossal, devout nation, ruled by Leader with an even hand, and renowned for its complete lack of public education. Its compassionate population of 9.524 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Law & Order, although Religion & Spirituality and Public Transport are on the agenda. The average income tax rate is 87%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Teenage fathers are forced to join the army, the nationalized auto industry is adept at making durable little cars nobody wants to drive, euthanasia is legal, and parents must choose their children's names from a government-mandated master list. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Wyoma's national animal is the Lion, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Dinar.

Wyoma is ranked 4,494th in The North Pacific and 99,670th in the world for Shortest Average Lifespan, scoring -38 on the Bus Surprisal Index.
