The Imperial Empire of Wutend Doman is a gargantuan, cultured nation, ruled by Emperor Mykola I with an iron fist, and notable for its museums and concert halls. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 10.509 billion are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Defence, with areas such as Social Equality and the Environment receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Terra. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 93%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, followed by Uranium Mining and Information Technology.

Citizens must have a license to operate a computer, the Great Eagle is reportedly extinct, suppression of pro-democracy protests is a daily occurrence, and manual labourers must be willing to have cybernetic limbs to get a job. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Wutend Doman's national animal is the Great Eagle, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Orthodox Christianity, and its currency is the Credit.

Wutend Doman is ranked 2nd in Liberty Alliance and 375th in the world for Shortest Average Lifespan, scoring 59 on the Bus Surprisal Index.
