The Empire of William and Sheikh is a massive, genial nation, ruled by William Huang with an even hand, and remarkable for its unlimited-speed roads. Its compassionate population of 2.212 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is mainly concerned with Education, although Social Equality and Social Welfare are on the agenda. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of GoldMark Capital. The average income tax rate is 71%, and even higher for the wealthy. A large private sector is dominated by the Tourism industry.

The government is attempting to impose a new national language on the public, the Dragon is a protected species, CEOs and corporate executives are frequently found striking for better stock options, and the government is pouring money into 'Operation Enduring Democracy'. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. William and Sheikh's national animal is the Dragon, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the willsheikh.
