The Immortal Kingdom of Weimania is a colossal, economically powerful nation, ruled by King Albert VIII with an even hand, and renowned for its museums and concert halls. The hard-nosed, hard-working population of 8.864 billion Weimans have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Commerce, Law & Order, and Education. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Weimanhelm. The average income tax rate is 51%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Retail, Tourism, and Gambling industries.

All artwork is carefully screened for offensive material, major cities shut down as their local sports team takes to the field every day, fur coats have become the latest fashion trend, and birth rates have hit an all-time low. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Weimania's national animal is the Rattlesnake, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is Lutheranism, and its currency is the Moola.

Weimania is ranked 131st in Atlantian Oceania and 72,665th in the world for Lowest Overall Tax Burden, scoring -7 on the Hayek Index.
