The Republic of Wazkyraque is a colossal, cultured nation, ruled by Alpinolo du Concarneau with an even hand, and notable for its museums and concert halls. The compassionate, hard-working, intelligent population of 7.11 billion Wazkyraqueans have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Education, although Healthcare and Social Equality are on the agenda. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Ypreault. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 91%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Book Publishing, Information Technology, and Soda Sales industries.

The government has started a campaign to crack down on road rage and encourage alternate means of commuting, euthanasia is legal, dove owners exercise their pets at a snail's pace or risk a court appearance, and all citizens must pass a 'multicultural sensitivity test' to be deemed fit for society. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Wazkyraque's national animal is the dove, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the vlou.

Wazkyraque is ranked 45th in Kotturheim and 99,030th in the world for Rudest Citizens, with -28.6 Insults Per Minute (net).
