The Automated Zybodian Colony of Wagrophym is a colossal, cultured nation, remarkable for its national health service. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 6.81 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

There is no government in the normal sense of the word; however, a small group of community-minded individuals is effectively ruled by the Department of Social Welfare, with areas such as Religion & Spirituality and Law & Order receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Sub-Gramyllon. The average income tax rate is 3%, but much higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

People reciting Shakespeare have become a common sight, the government funds large training centres to turn dragons into functioning members of society, child labor has been outlawed, and the dragon is a protected species. Crime is totally unknown. Wagrophym's national animal is the dragon, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the half-weight.

Wagrophym is ranked 93rd in Ulthar and 100,236th in the world for Shortest Average Lifespan, scoring -43 on the Bus Surprisal Index.
