The Holy Catholic Czardom of Wagafraga is a massive, devout nation, ruled by Czar Kevin XXIII with an even hand, and renowned for its unlimited-speed roads. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 4.918 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Religion & Spirituality, Law & Order, and Defence. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of St Joseph City. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 3%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Beef-Based Agriculture, Tourism, and Information Technology industries.

Pinkerton agents are called in to forcibly break up white collar strikes, record sales of 'child-whacking sticks' have been reported, the government seizes private property for the 'good of the people', and the government has cut taxes in the face of widespread tax evasion. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Wagafraga's national animal is the anatolian leopard, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is Roman Catholic, and its currency is the Ruble.

Wagafraga is ranked 103rd in Coalition of Catholic States and 117,815th in the world for Most Extreme, scoring 7 on the Paul-Nader Subjective Decentrality Index.
