The Industrialized Steam Empire of Voltronica is a colossal, devout nation, ruled by Primus Enchanu Iceledor Tyvynk with an iron fist, and renowned for its sprawling nuclear power plants. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 5.124 billion are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night.

The medium-sized, corrupt government concentrates mainly on Law & Order, although Commerce and Healthcare are on the agenda. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Vizern. Income tax is unheard of. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing, Soda Sales, and Uranium Mining industries.

The adult unemployment rate nears 100% as all available jobs have been filled by young children, citizens are enjoying a recent large cut in taxes, the government is a law unto itself, and government police forces protect public schools from the threat of protest. Crime is a major problem, probably because of the country's utter lack of prisons. Voltronica's national animal is the Iconian Dragonace, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is Icanian Magnus De Sayniech Tbo, and its currency is the Cubet.

Voltronica is ranked 28th in Mystria and 92,967th in the world for Most Compassionate Citizens, scoring -155 on the Kitten Softness Rating.
