Its compassionate, hard-working, intelligent population of 20.94 billion live in a state of perpetual fear, as a complete breakdown of social order has led to the rise of order through biker gangs.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, pro-business government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Defence, Education, and Religion & Spirituality. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 66%. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Automobile Manufacturing industry.

Motels cater primarily to adulterers, politicians are often found scavenging bins at night to supplement their income, Babu racing stadiums are open 24/7, and all new "spies" are fifteen-year-old acne-ridden kids on computers. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. ViZion's national animal is the Babu, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Gold.
