The Oracle Queendom of Virulent Racism is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Queen Özwyn I with an iron fist, and remarkable for its enforced nudity. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 4.861 billion are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Commerce, Education, and Law & Order. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Zÿraq. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 70%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Gambling industry, followed by Book Publishing and Automobile Manufacturing.

The number of students attending university has reached a record high, cheese has become the new icon of political dissent, political activists are routinely executed, and children deemed 'disorderly' or otherwise unfit for public schools are shipped off to military academies. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Virulent Racism's national animal is the honey bee, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Pagan Oracle Worship, and its currency is the jar of urine.
