The Federation of Vasculia is a huge, environmentally stunning nation, renowned for its enforced nudity. Its compassionate, cynical population of 927 million are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

The large, socially-minded government is mainly concerned with Defence, although Law & Order and Social Welfare are secondary priorities. The average income tax rate is 31%, but much higher for the wealthy. A very small private sector is dominated by the Trout Farming industry.

Voting is compulsory, organ donation rates are among the lowest in the region, donkeys are considered a delicacy, and military spending is on the increase. Crime is relatively low. Vasculia's national animal is the donkey, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the dollar.
