The Confederated Imperial Domain of Unterzagersdorf is a colossal, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Nicolae Chrusov with an iron fist, and remarkable for its hatred of cheese. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 9.902 billion are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Law & Order, although Public Transport and the Environment are on the agenda. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Unterzag. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 19%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

A recent law has banned homes from having any more than one wheel, notable individuals are granted land and titles, the recently unemployed can often be seen at the local homeless shelter, and anti-government web sites are springing up. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling. Unterzagersdorf's national animal is the Black Eagle, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the denarius.
