The People's Theocracy of United Good is a gargantuan, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by the Reverend Al Greene with a fair hand, and remarkable for its devotion to social welfare. The compassionate, intelligent population of 15.366 billion United Goodies are free to do what they want with their own bodies, and vote for whomever they like in elections; if they go into business, however, they are regulated to within an inch of their lives.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Defence, and Healthcare. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Soul City. The average income tax rate is 95%. A powerhouse of a private sector is dominated by the Book Publishing industry.

Nude art is becoming wildly popular, people reciting Shakespeare have become a common sight, the lowest age at which one can marry has been recently lowered to 12, and pharmacies close down as medicinal drugs are sold freely by the government. Crime is totally unknown. United Good's national animal is the timber wolf, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Truth, and its currency is the Good Dollar.

United Good is ranked 2nd in Manitoba and 12,399th in the world for Most Extensive Civil Rights, with 75 Martin Luther King, Jr. Units.
