Nude art is becoming wildly popular, recruitment posters proclaim the army to be both fabulous and fashionable, prisoners work-share to cut down rising costs of keeping them in jail, and violently opinionated speakers can be heard preaching their hateful views on every street corner. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Unified Neutral Terra's national animal is the Rabbit, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the Lepus.
