The Greater Reich of Unicario is a colossal, safe nation, ruled by Kaiser Wilhelm VI with an even hand, and renowned for its anti-smoking policies. Its hard-nosed population of 7.574 billion enjoy extensive civil freedoms, particularly in social issues, while business tends to be more regulated.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Defence, Education, and Social Equality. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Germania. The average income tax rate is 93%, and even higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Space shuttles regularly launch rubbish into space, students cut up leftover Commonwealth comunas during Arts and Crafts, recruitment posters proclaim the army to be both fabulous and fashionable, and the new hit series "Unicario's Got Trauma" has corporate executives fleeing the country. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Unicario's national animal is the Mutsu Duck, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Secularism, and its currency is the Commonwealth comuna.

Unicario is ranked 1st in United Commonwealth and 17,327th in the world for Most Income Equality, scoring 165 on the Marx-Engels Emancipation Scale.
