The Highly Democratic Republic of Ukrazistan is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Vladimir Bezumnyĭ with an iron fist, and renowned for its anti-smoking policies. The hard-nosed, cynical population of 3.01 billion Ukrazistanians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, moralistic, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defence, and Education. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Mostov. The average income tax rate is 93%, and even higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Arms Manufacturing.

Every citizen must submit to DNA testing to be eliminated from police inquiries, the government extracts trade concessions from poor nations in exchange for humanitarian aid, the government has begun selling heroin and ecstasy to help fund its projects, and the government pours millions of Stávoes into rehabilitation programs annually. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Ukrazistan's national animal is the Bear, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is Bezumnyĭsm, and its currency is the Stávo.

Ukrazistan is ranked 2,934th in Balder and 104,040th in the world for Best Weather, with -105 Metres of Sunlight Above Expected.
