The Highly Democratic Republic of Ukrazistan is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Vladimir Bezumnyĭ with an iron fist, and remarkable for its irreverence towards religion. The hard-nosed, cynical population of 2.683 billion Ukrazistanians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, moralistic, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defence, and Commerce. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Mostov. The average income tax rate is 92%, and even higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Arms Manufacturing.

Fearful citizens watch their every move as does their government, the government is seen as openly hostile to all religion, the military invades any neighboring nation with the gall to criticize its policies, and rumours have it that a secret police is responsible for the recent spate of missing persons. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Ukrazistan's national animal is the Bear, which can occasionally be seen sifting through garbage in the nation's cities, its national religion is Bezumnyĭsm, and its currency is the Stávo.

Ukrazistan is ranked 735th in Balder and 19,956th in the world for Rudest Citizens, with 6.1 Insults Per Minute (net).
