The Highly Democratic Republic of Ukrazistan is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Vladimir Bezumnyĭ with an iron fist, and notable for its parental licensing program. The hard-nosed, cynical population of 2.62 billion Ukrazistanians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, moralistic, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Law & Order, Defence, and Commerce. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Mostov. The average income tax rate is 91%, and even higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Arms Manufacturing.

Citizens who become homeless are immediately executed, political activists are routinely executed, the country has unplugged its internet connection to prevent subversive content, and citizens wishing to be parents must undertake a series of gruelling tests to evaluate their capabilities. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Ukrazistan's national animal is the Bear, which can occasionally be seen sifting through garbage in the nation's cities, its national religion is Bezumnyĭsm, and its currency is the Stávo.

Ukrazistan is ranked 2,287th in Balder and 88,921st in the world for Most Popular Tourist Destinations, with -3.5 Net Tourists per hour.
