The Just of Tzo is a gargantuan, safe nation, remarkable for its museums and concert halls. The compassionate, intelligent population of 21.666 billion Tzoans are free to do what they want with their own bodies, and vote for whomever they like in elections; if they go into business, however, they are regulated to within an inch of their lives.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, liberal, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, the Environment, and Social Equality. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Serenity. The average income tax rate is 100%. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Houses and businesses are bulldozed to make way for ever-expanding cemeteries, the nation is ravaged by daily union strikes, public footpaths are being slowly eroded by the burgeoning number of ramblers, and the latest Harry Potter book is a bestseller. Crime is totally unknown. Tzo's national animal is the Albatros, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Unit.

Tzo is ranked 1st in 10000 Islands and 3rd in the world for Least Corrupt Governments, scoring 665 on the Inverse Mugabe Relativity Rating.
