The Confederation of Tyfan Union is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Supreme Chancellor Mateus Harum with an even hand, and notable for its hatred of cheese. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 3.153 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Education, with areas such as Religion & Spirituality and Defence receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Alagasia Falls. The average income tax rate is 71%, and even higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

Every product goes through extensive safety-testing by the government, Tyfan Union-made cars tend to catch fire in people's driveways, the military frequently holds bake sales to raise funds, and organ donation rates have hit a new low. Crime is well under control, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Tyfan Union's national animal is the Veado, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is Gannonism, and its currency is the Dinheiro.

Tyfan Union is ranked 1st in The Commonwealth of Allied Nations and 13,728th in the world for Largest Public Sector, scoring 20 on the Bureaucratic Comprehensiveness Rating Scale Index.
