Military spending recently hit a new high, graffiti artists spend lengthy periods of time in jail, homeless people are periodically found dead upon altars to assorted deities, and all news sources are under strict government control. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Tuchuk's national animal is the bosk, which is also the nation's favorite main course, its national religion is Fear, and its currency is the Tarsk.
