The Remote Islands of Tropical Montana is a gargantuan, cultured nation, remarkable for its happy-go-lucky citizens. Cyber-crime and tin-foil hat sales are both increasing at record rates, local executives are seen on the corner with cardboard signs reading "will oppress the masses for food", politicians are to be found scavenging bins at night to supplement their income, and Members of Parliament operate under a PAYE scheme. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Tropical Montana's national animal is the panther, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its currency is the dollar.
