The Democratic Republic of Triangle World is a massive, environmentally stunning nation, renowned for its burgeoning world population. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 1.283 billion are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The children of Triangle World are often remarked upon for their cheery attitude to extreme violence, drunk drivers are sentenced to death, graffiti artists spend lengthy periods of time in jail, and suit-clad businessmen have been taking advantage of the relaxed welfare qualifications by shopping with food stamps. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is pervasive. Triangle World's national animal is the world, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the triangle.
