The Eye of Topdop is a colossal, environmentally stunning nation, remarkable for its compulsory military service. Its compassionate population of 5.437 billion have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Law & Order, although Defence and the Environment are secondary priorities. Soylent products are an expensive commodity due to a lack of volunteers, the government has declared its commitment to multilateralism, cyber-crime and tin-foil hat sales are both increasing at record rates, and criminals are thrown to the dragons to repay their debt to society. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Topdop's national animal is the dragon, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the top.

Topdop is ranked 12th in Reich and 68,098th in the world for Most Pacifist, scoring 19 on the Lennon-Springsteen Scale.
