The Soverign Constitution of Toaboshia is a massive, cultured nation, ruled by King Thomas IV with an even hand, and notable for its sprawling nuclear power plants. Its compassionate population of 2.492 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

Toaboshia's national animal is the Toaboshian Owl, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, its national religion is Bhuddism, and its currency is the Seventh Royal Piece.
