The Chlorination Administration of Tiurabo is a colossal, socially progressive nation, ruled by a Triumvirate with an even hand, and renowned for its irreverence towards religion. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 7.191 billion are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Defence, with areas such as Social Welfare and Social Equality receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Archona. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 19%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, followed by Gambling and Information Technology.

Murderers frequently escape punishment by claiming they were protecting their honour, terrified neighbors cower behind concertina wire and machine gun nests, criminals are executed and their property seized, and punitive tariffs protect local industry. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is crippling, and the police force struggles against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Tiurabo's national animal is the two headed eagle, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is animism, and its currency is the tollar.
