The Socialist Federal Republic of Titoslavia is a huge, genial nation, ruled by Maršal Ed with an even hand, and notable for its national health service. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 776 million are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, socially-minded government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Social Equality, and the Environment. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Edograd. The average income tax rate is 94%, and even higher for the wealthy. The private sector is almost wholly made up of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out.

High-income earners pay a 100% tax rate, the wearing and manufacture of fur apparel is banned, students cut up leftover Dinars during Arts and Crafts, and anti-government web sites are springing up. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Titoslavia's national animal is the Vučko, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Dinar.

Titoslavia is ranked 145th in USSR and 97,443rd in the world for Shortest Average Lifespan, scoring -30 on the Bus Surprisal Index.
