The Implacable Advancement of The Will of Kane is a massive, pleasant nation, ruled by The Prophet Kane with an iron fist, and remarkable for its keen interest in outer space. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 1.641 billion are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt government stops and the rest of society begins, but it is effectively ruled by the Department of Defence, with areas such as Social Welfare and the Environment receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Temple Prime. The average income tax rate is 41%, but much higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Information Technology industry, followed by Uranium Mining and Automobile Manufacturing.

Rumours have it that a secret police is responsible for the recent spate of missing persons, a recent law has banned homes from having any more than one wheel, the government seizes private property for the 'good of the people', and major internet servers have acquired citizenship. Crime is moderate. The Will of Kane's national animal is the Mutant, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Tiberium Crystal.

The Will of Kane is ranked 211th in The Black Hawks and 62,751st in the world for Most Income Equality, scoring 114 on the Marx-Engels Emancipation Scale.
