It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of The Wiggle City. The average income tax rate is 37%. A large private sector is dominated by the Gambling industry.

Punitive tariffs protect local industry, parents live in fear of governmental 'child protection' squads, smoking is banned in public areas, and The Wiggle has designated The Wiggle City as its capital city. Crime is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. The Wiggle's national animal is the Panda, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Foon.

The Wiggle is ranked 2nd in The New Democratic Union and 5,345th in the world for Most Influential, scoring 60 on the Soft Power Disbursement Rating.
