The Kingdom of The ruivan Empire is a colossal, safe nation, ruled by Emperor Perron with an even hand, and renowned for its parental licensing program. Its hard-nosed population of 9.36 billion are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Defence, with areas such as Religion & Spirituality and the Environment receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Coruscant. The average income tax rate is 79%, and even higher for the wealthy. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, followed by Automobile Manufacturing and Information Technology.

The "Underwear of Women in Power" issue of The Coruscant Times is sold out, the nation's infamous boot camp is more brutal than most battlefields, political parties are banned from advertising and receiving private donations, and new safety regulations require all cars manufactured in The ruivan Empire to be bombproof. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. The ruivan Empire's national animal is the ruivian otter, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, its national religion is None, and its currency is the ruiv.

The ruivan Empire is ranked 2nd in Central Pacific Empire and 4,300th in the world for Healthiest Citizens, with 13 Standard Bananas Ingested per capita per day.
